It’s always a great feeling when a conference client calls you back the following year to work with them again. 2018 was our first year providing A/V for the She-suite annual women’s conference. This year we were even more excited due to the fact we were brought in to the planning process a lot sooner. We assisted with the design and layout of the stage set as well as worked with them on planning the evening reception the day before.
In addition to audio visual, we brought in an LED video wall to use for visual backstage graphics and flanked it with our 3-D textured tiles. We set the stage with white carpet and our Executive lounge furniture. 2019 was a tremendous upgrade to 2018 and we were proud to be part of that result.
