The ability to convey your message and show appreciation for sponsors, donors and or attendees is key to producing a successful outcome. Not all audio visual technology is created equal. Rayne only invest in top of the line production equipment to insure that your organization's mission is heard and understood as intended. Rayne's production staff and techs have years of experience and are technically sound to carry out every aspect of your program. If your gala has live entertainment, our audio engineers will work with contracted artist during soundcheck to insure their vocals and backline are crystal clear.
In addition to audio visual production, Rayne can also assist with the design and installation of stage sets. We have options in house that may already fit your needs. If your gala has a reception element, often times lounge furniture and customized bars are a nice upgrade. Rayne has a large selection of both to fit any theme. Much of our inventory can be branded with corporate sponsorship logos.
