Prepare “request for proposal” based on the technical needs of the client

Review all proposals and assist with selecting an Audio Visual supplier

Attend virtual and in person meetings to discuss technical and logistical related details

Work with the Audio Visual provider and/ or producer and client to construct floor plans

Assist with ensuring Audio Visual provider and/ or producer is receiving all programming content including videos, music, power point slides, etc...

Review all programming content to verify its functionality and check for errors. Make client approved minor updates and corrections

Assist and review all “Run of Shows” to ensure practicality and clarity for Audio Visual provider and/ or producer

(On site) Attend Pre-Con meeting
