The CBCF Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) is the leading policy conference on issues impacting African Americans and the global black community. 30,000 people—elected officials, celebrities, advocates, clergy, college students, etc.—from across the country and world converge on Washington, DC for this annual conference. While there are a lot of serious issues and matters that are discussed during the day, the evenings are when all the action takes place, with several receptions all over the District. "The Event" of CBC week is the exclusive "Chicago Party". This year it was held at the African Art Museum and once again Rayne was called on to deliver "The Wow". Rayne's event staff and production managers dressed 4 levels and 6 spaces with enough lighting, audio visual and lounge furniture to accommodate Vegas's largest and trendiest nightclubs. 1500 attendees came together at the African Art Gallery for what was called the best year to date event ever for the Illinois Delegate Reception. As always, Rayne was proud to be part of it.
