The first conference concluded and now it was time to changeover to the second conference. Lighting played a huge part in that all we had to change for the most part were colors with respect to the stage decor. There was a slight alteration made to the acrylic columns with the addition of our 3-D panels hung in-between. We added five additional breakouts to the four from the previous conference for a total of nine. Additional audio visual technicians were brought in to handle the extra breakouts. Some of the highlights of the conference were working with political analyst Angela Rye who was a Keynote for one of the general sessions and providing sound reinforcement for Raheem Devaughn and Walt Whitman and the Soul Children of Chicago.
