It's extremely rare for an outside audio visual company to have back to back conferences in the same hotel in the same ballroom. At most, maybe every few years. For us, it happened twice in one year. This time we were at the newly renovated Marriott Magnificent Mile in Chicago. The first conference was 1,200 women attorneys from all nationalities and parts of the world. Earlier in the year we had done the men's conference at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC that was also part of a back to back, same hotel, same ballroom conference relay. Again, we were able to orchestrate both conferences utilizing mostly the same equipment and decor which allowed us to pass on significant savings to both. We brought in an LED Video Wall for backstage graphics and video content. The LED Wall worked especially well due to the fact that both conferences had major artists booked for entertainment. We debuted our new egg shell panelists chairs and acrylic backlit stage towers. The conference was amazing. We had the opportunity to work with the likes of Suzy Orman, Peoples Court Judge Marilyn Millian and Ce Ce Winans for a second time.
