Rayne has an extensive portfolio of services to streamline your conference and convention planning process. In addition to audio visual, lighting and pipe and drape, Rayne also has an inventory of stage sets, panelist chairs and tables to cover the majority of your general session requirements. Having live entertainment? Not a problem, Rayne has audio techs with several years of live production experience. They have worked with artists on major tours throughout the US. Not all microphones, mixers and speakers are created equal. All of Rayne's audio visual equipment is top of the line and goes through a rigorous quality control process after each event to insure that it is ready perform for future events.
General Session/ Plenary
The same high standard of technology that we use for general sessions is also utilized for breakouts and meetings. All of our breakout projectors are full 1080P resolution and exceed industry standard lumen brightness. We stock only Shure tabletop and wireless mics that produce amazing clarity so attendees hear and understand every word from your presenters. Need to rent laptops? We can assist with that as well. All of our laptops come equipped with office suite and wifi. We can even work with you to load them with your presenter's PowerPoints prior to the start of the meeting.
Breakout Sessions/ Meetings
While the education portion of annual conferences is important, a lot of attendees look forward to the social aspect. Receptions and after parties are often times one of the main highlights. Whether its lounge furniture, ambient lighting or sound reinforcement for a DJ or live band, Rayne can assist. Need a place for attendees to relax and recharge? Rayne has lounge furniture with outlets for charging up laptops and small devices. Many items can be branded with sponsorship logos.
